Nearly there - now what?

What I learned in Draft 5 - I can write myself into a corner, panic about it, nearly change the entire course of the next several planned books, panic some more. Then I’m finally smart enough to step away, let my imagination and subconscious go to work and resolve the entire problem with a better solution than before. Yay me!

I’m learning how to use Bookfunnel right now, getting ready to try and release ARCs, but it’s really time consuming and intimidating. I’m sure by the next book it will feel easy peasy, but today I’m stressed. What if no one wants to sign up? What if too many people sign up and I feel like I’m letting someone down?

These are complicated thoughts.

On the bright side, I’m raring to go on Book 3. So many ideas! Plus, this is the book where my non-linear storytelling gets to play. Resonance will start quite a while before the events of Virtuoso and Descant. Here’s hoping I kept my stupidly huge tracker up to date and I don’t forget something minor. Then again, I should be so lucky as to have a reader zing me on messing up the order of events :D
